International visitors requiring a visa for entrance into the Federal Republic of Germany only, and not to exceed 90 days, should allow 2 – 10 working days for processing at their nearest embassy or consulate. During travel seasons there might be waiting periods to apply, so it is recommended to begin application procedures as early as possible.

Before applying for an invitation letter to the MEDIA-TECH Expo 2008 companies must be fully registered to exhibit or attend.

After registering to exhibit or attend it is necessary to apply for an invitation letter to the MEDIA-TECH Expo 2008 which is issued by Messe Frankfurt Ausstellungen GmbH as show organizers.
